Juanita Hernandez is the owner of Juanita’s House Cleaning. She started cleaning homes in 1979. Working, learning, and gaining experience at every home, she decided to venture off on her own a few years later.
In 2001, Danny Partida, Juanita’s son, inadvertently joined Juanita in what would eventually become a business. When Danny left to college in 2001, he wanted to continue helping Juanita with her “business”. Yet, being 70 miles away in Irvine, California, doing so seemed a bit difficult. That is when he thought about creating a website, placing ads online, and specializing in customer service.
What followed is what you have in front of you.
Juanita’s House Cleaning officially began when the website was created by Danny in about 2002.
Ever since then, the main focus has been on improving the quality of their cleaning service as well as their customer service. By implementing systems and automation, you can rest assured that their standard operating procedure will render uniformity and consistency in every appointment.
At Juanita's House Cleaning we believe that the best way to ensure and guarantee a high-quality cleaning, a system must be established.
That is why we have developed a cleaning philosophy that goes as follows: "We clean a house from top to bottom, from the rear of the house towards the front door." What does this mean?
It means that the moment we enter your home we start off by checking for any cobwebs or spiderwebs on the ceilings, top corners of the ceiling, fan blades, air vents, door frames, window frames, and any other surface where dust can accumulate. From there we work on "mid-area" surfaces. We finalize with the bottom portion of the house. This includes vacuuming and mopping, but not before we inspect the baseboards and lower vents.
Finally, the reason we work from the rear of the house towards the front door is because we believe that once we finish cleaning a room, there is no reason to be going back into that area. Why not? Because we do not want to leave our footprints on the freshly vacuumed carpet or shiny floors!
What We Provide
We provide our own cleaning supplies. Unless a customer wants us to use a specific brand or cleaner, then we would ask the customer to provide it.
We survey all of our customers on a quarterly basis, to ensure that we're doing everything we can to keep a high-quality service on every visit.
We understand that keeping our word has been one of the reasons we have been able to stay in business for such a long time. That is why our guarantee is your complete satisfaction with our cleaning service!
Our guarantee policy is that:
We allow all of our customers a 3-day check period.
What this means is that you have three days from the day of service to check if we missed or overlooked an area in your home. If we did, then we will go back and re-do that area...for free!
We will try 3 times.
In other words, if after we go back and you're still not satisfied with our attempt, we will give it a try two more times.
Your money back.
If three time's not a charm. If, you're still not satisfied with our service after our third attempt to re-do or clean the missed area, then we will give you your money back.
